1.2 Legal Basis.
We use cookies in compliance with the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), CCPA/CPRA, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (F.S. § 501.701 et seq.), and other applicable laws. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device, unless a legitimate-interests or other legal basis applies.
1.3 Updates.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a cookie consent banner update or by posting a revised Policy with a new effective date.
2.What Are Cookies
2.1 Definition.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They make sites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners.
2.2 First-Party vs Third-Party Cookies.
First-party cookies are set directly by us. Third-party cookies are set by analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social media networks through code we have integrated into our Site, and are governed by the third party's policies.
2.3 Session vs Persistent Cookies.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them.
2.4 Similar Technologies.
We may use web beacons (pixel tags), local storage objects, session storage, and fingerprinting technologies. References to "cookies" in this Policy include all such similar technologies.
3.Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies (Always Active).
Essential for the Site to function. Set in response to actions like logging in or completing forms. Legal basis: legitimate interests / technically necessary (no consent required). You cannot opt out.
3.2 Analytics and Performance Cookies.
Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. All personally identifiable information is anonymised before processing. Legal basis: consent (EEA/UK); legitimate interests (others, with opt-out).
3.3 Functional / Preference Cookies.
Remember your choices (language, region) and provide enhanced features. Legal basis: consent (EEA/UK); legitimate interests (others).
3.4 Marketing and Advertising Cookies.
Enable us and our advertising partners to deliver targeted B2B advertisements relevant to your professional interests. Legal basis: consent (EEA/UK and California/Florida); legitimate interests (others, with opt-out). California and Florida residents may opt out of sale and sharing — see Section 6.
3.5 Third-Party Social and Integration Cookies.
